Wayne Spoo is the beekeeper that oversees all the operations at Hat Creek Hives. Wayne received his BS degree in Veterinary Science in 1987 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989.
What is certified honey? The Certified Honey Producer Program (CHPP) is the official marketing program of the North Carolina State Beekeepers Association (NCSBA). The CHPP promotes local honey produced by the beekeepers of the NCSBA and a genuine product of the State.
