Our Products

Hat Creek Hives produces several products for sale from our honey bees at different times during most of the year.

• Honey (mid-June through August). Our honey is filtered, which means the only materials removed from the raw honey are bee parts, large bits of wax from the uncapping process and any foreign debris normally produced from the extraction process. All the natural honey, pollen and enzymes normally present in real honey are present in the product you purchase. The color of the honey may vary from year to year, depending on what plant nectar the bees have been collecting from. The honey is never heated, which has the potential to destroy some of the natural components of raw honey.

• Speaking engagements for adult clubs and classes for children, including an observation hive full of honey bees.
